"I don't give 5's unless everything is perfect. That almost never happens. I am a mechanical engineer and a car guy. Mastertech has always fixed my cars correctly and they have never tried to talk over my head. That maybe because they know I am mech engineer and a car guy. They diagnosis till they find the problem and don't switch parts to find what is wrong. We had one problem which took a lot of time to find which I don't think even a dealer would have done.
